Use this app on its own to track each cigarette you smoke throughout the day including when & where you are smoking.
TRACK: Press the big blue button on the home screen each time you smoke a cigarette. Pack is able to determine exactly when and where you smoked that cigarette.
SET DAILY GOALS: Reduce your smoking gradually by setting daily goals. When your Pack runs out, this is a reminder that you are finished smoking for the day.
LOCATE: Each cigarette you smoke is remembered. Over time, Pack determines the areas you smoke most often. When entering these high smoke areas, you will be notified and kept on alert.
CRAVING TIMES: Each day you will be notified when high craving times are approaching. Use this key information to keep your mind off cigarettes until the craving passes.
SOCIAL (Coming Soon): Use our vibrant community of smokers & former smokers to stay informed and gain support.
BATTERY CONSUMPTION: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Pack uses GPS to track the location of the user for smoke events and to warn users to be watchful when entering a "high smoke" area.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pack needs to run continuously in the background to track entry into "high smoke" areas. Please ensure that you have BACKGROUND APP REFRESH turned ON for Pack (iPhone Settings -> Pack -> Background App Refresh).
